My daughter is travelling from St.Pancras on Eurostar on the 1st September. Her train leaves at 08:15 and she has been advised to get there at least 90 mins before for security etc. Therefore she needs to be there at 06:45ish

She is staying in Cricklewood the night before and needs to get from there. According to TfL Journey Planner she can get by bus to Golders Green and then underground (Northern Line) to Euston and then a quick walk/hop over to STP. However, checking the first train details it suggests that she cannot do this as the trains are not running yet.

My question is therefore, what time does the underground start? Will she be able to get from Cricklewood this way?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

Night Tube operates southbound Northern Line:
trains operate every 15min
Golders Green pfm.5
Euston (CX) pfm.2
journey time 12½min

Excellent DStock. I had not even thought about the Night Tube. That clears up the issue.

Pity the TfL site gives first and last train times and does not mention this.

Thanks for the help

Personally I'd take the 07:01 Thameslink from Cricklewood, arriving St P at 07:15. Eurostar are generally very good at combing queues for passengers, so 60 mins before departure should be plenty.

If the train doesn't turn up it's a 20min Uber/mini cab so she'll still make it.

It's the first departure of the day, but it's followed by the 0816 Amsterdam, so the queues could build up early - and it's only 46min before departure (31min if you allow for the official interchange time).
While 90min before is excessive, 31 is going to the wire, so I wouldn't risk it; ES are good at rebooking people, but might not be sympathetic in those circumstances.
Bus/tube is a safer bet.
