Hello all,

I have my data interpretation and written communication test assessment tomorrow. I have applied for CSA 2.

Could anyone help me with kind of questions that I can expect? Does it need a thorough preparation?

Any information would be helpful.

I just passed this test recently.
Its not that hard,get familiar with tube maps,tickets vaildation & finding mistakes in a paragraph.
Advice “Time Management” you need to be quick

Hi Henry 68 try and have plenty of examples from your current employment, such as customer issues working within a team safety and security. Try and use the STAR method. What happened, how are you resolved it? What was the impact? Good luck.

No, just the usual criminal record checks and referencing.

Hi Henry68, You'll be given a scenario of a situation happening while you're on the Job and ask you what you would do as a CSA.You'll have 10 minutes to prepare your answer, The Assessor will ask probing question to see if you'll have a different approach to the situation. Just pretty much conversational. The assesor may also chip in one or two "Tell me about a time....." questions. I hope this helps...Best of luck!

Hi Skyflyer, Does this happen Immediately after the Interview? I had mine earlier this week but was told it would take a while to get responses. Any Idea how long this wait is? I haven't heard anything yet.

The practice material for data interpretation is just one travelcard and nothing more so its a little bit opaque.

Time management is important,Make sure to you go through tube maps and how to read maps.Ticket checking is easy.You just have to check its validity

There are 4 stages

1 - Online assessment
2 - Class room based assessment
3 - Role play
4 - Interview Via Teams (8 questions, 4 warm up questions and 4 scenario based questions)

Anyone need help with the above I'll be more than happy to help

I have all the answers for all the stages.

Call the number they gave you on the application and tell them you cannot book and they will send you another email with a new link. It worked for me

Yes.

Yes. Same scenario as a few on here. A man was vaping and didn't have a ticket. Was empathetic to them but did explain the need for a ticket.

I applied roughly 2 weeks ago, got the conditional job offer a couple days ago, currently waiting on my basic dbs check to progress
