I know I may have mentioned this before but I would like to inquire how long did the 1967, C stock and A stock prototype refurbished trains last for in service I only know the following:
1967 stock prototype entered service 9th October 1989
C stock prototype entered service 22nd November 1989
A stock prototype entered service August 1990 don't know the exact date (I know there were 2 units painted in experimental liveries in 1988 but didn't get a refurbished interior)
1973 stock prototype entered service 20th January 1991, although it might have been earlier. And ran like that until 10th September 1996.
D stock prototype entered service in 2002 (I don't know the exact date) and ran like that until November 2007.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.

It’ll be documented in the relevant Underground News magazines from the time. In most cases they ran for a year or two then went in for a standard refurbishment during the production programme.

The D-Stock Car (17008) had the prototype interior with different seats up until it was withdrawn.

C Stock unit 5585
A Stock cars 5132 6132

But do you know how long they lasted in service because I still don't know when the first production refurbished 1967, C stock and 1972 tube stock entered service some sources say 1991 others say 1990.

The 4-car prototype A Stock refurbished set (5132-6132-6133-5133) was reputed to have last until some point in 1993 when it went with 5169 to be refurbished properly.

But in the Metropolitan Drivers eye view from video 125 that was filmed in 1995 and you see it near Willesden Green.

Without checking, ISTR there were other A stock units which were painted on a trial basis for the East London Line, at least one of which was done out in corporate livery IIRC. These certainly operated on the Met Line from time to time. It will likely be one of these seen. Although painted they remained unrefurbished.

Indeed, 5132-6132-6133-5133+5168-6168-6169-5169 sent from Neasden to ABB Derby 12 October 1993.

Remember, only cars 5132-6132 were prototype refurbished and painted.

I think there was a (4 or 8 car) 1959 tube stock in the 90s that had the current livery, as well as a minor interior repaint. I believe it's scrapped following the 1995 stock replacement.

3-car+4-car 1959 Stock in ‘90s.
1959 Stock only ran as 8-car on Central Line when initially delivered in early-‘60s.

Yes a full 7-car 59 stock was painted and (lightly!) refurbished inside - and rather nice it was too. It didn’t always run together and both units could sometimes be found running with normal units. Neither unit was preserved, and were withdrawn / scrapped at the same time as the rest. Unit numbers were 1028/1043 if I remember rightly.

I have found a picture from District Dave Forums of the 1959TS.

I also have a book called 'London Underground: Owner's Workshop Manual', and that during the 90s there was a mock-up of the 1983TS proposed refurbishment. I don't think a picture is out there but that does state in the book.

It actually ran complete very rarely, rumour had it that the two units were not compatible for unfathomable reasons.

A seven-car on the Northern line. It had a minor refurb of some sort, to see if it was feasible to retain them for longer. I never got to ride it, so never saw what they did, but using cream paint instead of dove grey for a lot of the interior panelling was part of it, and this got rolled out to quite a lot of the fleet towards the end. None of the others got an exterior repaint, though (apart from the Heritage Train, which gained a 1920s style livery).
