Can someone help or explain a little about what happens that day and what kind of scenarios can I expect?

My exercise was based on a customer having a wrong ticket at the gate; I was told to react to the situation.

Before then, instructions, rules and a map of London Underground was given for me to review for 15mins before the actual exercise.

I had the same as above, wrong ticket scenario. Explained to them which ticket was needed, showed them zones on the map that sort of thing and asked if they were able to pay the excess. Ultimately let them through with advice.

If anyone on here has also got past role play and done the next assessment please can you give some info on the assessmen. Thanks.

I'll be really honest here, if you'll remember from the first assessment centre, there were very clear instructions not to discuss what is contained within it to ensure fairness. Like I was told, by telling others you are mainly disadvantaging yourself by disclosing what you were asked because you and others were not party to that same forward knowledge, so I doubt and hope you do not get any information here because it just makes it unfairer for everyone.

As far as I am concerned, nowhere I have mentioned about the scenarios or interview questions. This is a general discussion forum where sharing things like how to deal with the situation is fair to support the competitiveness and preparation.
