I am going to book two tickets for my wife and I, travelling from Inverness to Glasgow Queens Street, via Stirling.

The tickets are available and it even gives us allocated seats, but without a plan (like LNER have) it's a bit hard to decide whether to keep or change these.

We would like a table seat, facing forward and I think the right-hand side is the better option.

Has anybody got a link for a plan of the train please ?

You can find them via an FOI request here on What Do They Know:

Dear ScotRail Trains Limited,

I would like, if possible, seating plans for each of the following classes of train you operate:

Class 156 all variants
Class 158 all variants
Class 170 all variants
HST

Which illustrate exactly which seat numbers are allocated to each seat for reservation purposes.

Yours faithfully,

Wex Cel
