Hi, I have my Role Play and Face 2 Face interview for the Conductor Role at Willesden Junction. I passed the first assessment days concentration tests and ticket checking tests.

I was wondering if anyone can let me know what to expect for my second day and also could anyone provide an example Rota of what a conductor does?

Thanks very much.

Hi Ledsabbath,

Firstly well done on passing stage one
I completed this last year, assuming nothing has changed it is fairly straight forward.

The role play is with a person from HR who plays an angry or upset passenger, you are given props (fake money and tickets) and play the role of conductor. You are expected to adress the customers complaint/ issue tickets demonstarting your customer service skills.

The interview is based on compatancy based questions, they probe you so go as in depth as you can and dont make up and false stories as you will be found out.

If you pass this stage it is a line manger interview which I found easier.

Good luck and if you need any more help fire me a PM.
