LRT technical handbook - out of print

Has anyone heard of the technical book for light rail design called "Fahrwege der Bahnen im Nah- und Regionalverkehr in Deutschland; Local and regional railway tracks in Germany"
I have been trying to source a copy but it is out of print. Does anyone know where I might be able to get one or if there is a new edition being published?

I did a library search and its only available in libraries in
The Netherlands (NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda), Germany (6 technical libraries)and Switzerland (two universities of applied science and Zurich Library)

Which suggests a very limited print run!
