Hello all,
Just wanted to give my few words about the sims at the LTM
Firstly, very impressed with the Northern 95 stock, and sim - especially how sensitive the controller was.
However, the Jubilee had mixed thoughts. The mock up cab is already showing signs of the wear and tear, which is to be expected. The cab controller was not quite configured right, as when the controller was in "n" position, the train was in brake 2. I was very impressed with the sounds, especially the way the whole seat shook when the first part of power was applied. However, after about 400metres, it overheated and shut down!
After the man let it cool down, I was back on, goodness me did I find it a lot easier to keep the deadmans "in" when sat down.
All in all, there is just 1 or 2 little niggles which are no fault of anyones really, once sorted, will improve everything.
Also, I noted there was a 1938 stock cab, ready for BVE?
