Luton DART - railcard fare?

Hello,
I believe a ticket from any station can have travel on the Luton DART included if the destination is selected as LUA (Luton Airport) rather than LTN (Luton Airport Parkway).

Recently, I have been looking into whether it's possible to apply a railcard discount to just the DART, and discovered that through third party websites such as TrainSplit I can get a single E-ticket from LTN to LUT with railcard discount applied. However, these tickets do not appear on operator websites.

Would this ticket be accepted/valid, or would the gates/gateline staff have a problem with them?

Luton Rising now accept Railcard discounts on DART-only tickets, so you should be fine.

DART tickets are now eligible for rail card and Groupsave discounts, the latter saving one-third off the normal price when three or more people travel together, offering further improved value.
