Does anyone know if a direct Liverpool Lime Street to Middlesbrough service was ever considered by First TPE in the recent timetable updates ?

Went through Victoria today, lots of vegetation cleared and through Salford Central's disused platforms with new ballast bags sat on them. Lots of holes dug between Deal St Junction & Victoria ready for OHLE. 185 also passing through ECS or maybe ongoing TPE route familiarisation for next May?
