That's actually quite good, better than Train Presentation Officer etc. There are much worse out there! I wonder if it's meant to be a little tongue in cheek...

They have actually spelt it wrongly. A manoeuvrer is someone who does manoeuvres, not a manoeuvrerer.

Are they really talking about shunting trains when they say:

...these individuals will be responsible for managing a small team of colleagues to ensure the product is processed through the various activities required safely & efficiently before handing back to our customer on time
