Medical and pre employment checks

hi I was just wondering roughly how long do people wait until they hear something after having a medical and being told the pre employment checks are underway

Well in my experience with Tesco it didn't take very long but when I applied to ASDA they took several weeks before they got back to me.

Depends on the company and how quick their HR department is. Some are really quick, others drag their heels.
