Yep from 1988 to 2007.

Speaking of Roger, he wrote a book a while back about his experiences, primarily as a TRI. Definitely recommended.

Yes Roger & I we’re the first TRI’s appointed in 1988 by David Sawyer East Coast fleet engineer in the then nationalised rail industry.

Very good, I read Rogers book recently, was most interesting.
