Just seen this Tweet that is being completed by ITS students at Leeds Uni. I’m sure it might inspire some people!

Today's the day! Teams of students have embarked upon a day-long journey around West Yorkshire in this year's Metropoly event - each team aiming to visit more places of interest by using more modes of public transport than their counterparts, racking up points! #ITSMetropoly

The team with the most points at the end of the day will be crowned this year's winners! Check out the gameboard to see how many points can be scored for each location, and keep an eye on their progress with the hashtag #ITSmetropoly

Sounds a bit like a forum challenge from a couple years ago where you needed to stop at a station for it to count, with bonus points for those more awkward stations (Baghill, Denby Dale etc).

They would do but they are outside West Yorkshire ;)

(Denby Dale is only awkward due to the timetable as most services on that line pass north of the station so if using only a West Yorkshire rover you get a 50odd minute wait)
