Is that just the station not the ticket office?

I was on a train and it stopped there, cannot see the ticket office being open

A temporary structure, in effect a tunnel, has been built to allow access to the platform. The building itself is still subject to the BTP investigation so it will be a bit of time before it's staffed again, which has been a stated aim.
