Mtr crossrail assessment fail, where next ?

I attended the assessment day and passed all 3 Of the first sets of test , but only 2 of them were high enough for MTR , I want to know how many times your allowed to go through these tests and does anyone know if there are any other train companies advertising for trainee drivers ?

Ahh cack! TRP2 is mostly part of stage 1 where most TOCs require enhanced, FGW AFAIK don't require enhanced scoring.
