Mystery Rail Replacement Bus 02/06/2022 at Silverdale

Was waiting for the 2c56 1408 Carlisle to Lancaster last week (02/06/2022) at Silverdale station when, around 1700-1715 a bus appeared, and driver announced "Lancaster" so piled on board. Bus stopped at Carnforth and Lancaster. But 2C56 was running, so it wasn't a replacement for that. Anybody enlighten me as to what the bus was?

1U98 14.50 Barrow to Manchester Airport was cancelled. Bus had probably left Barrow around 15.00. Takes a while as has 2 large estuaries to drive around so probably caught up by next train.

Could be the same as the Blackpool bus I got the other day. Apparently it was due to go to Manchester but then on route changed to Oxford Road and then changed to Bolton... Which we left 30 mins before so had to go back to Bolton
