National Rail Journey Planner BROKEN

I've just tried to plan a journey for tomorrow from Crayford to Norwood Junction and return. Engineering work between Sidcup and Lewisham means that the fastest route is via Dartford. This is not a permitted route on a single ticket so the planner gives me 5 options but won't let me select any of them. Because I can't select one, it won't go on to show me journeys for the return, saying I have to select an outward option first. BUT YOU WON'T LET ME!!!!!!!

The maddening thing is that within London the fares shown are usually the contactless PAYG fares, and travelling via Dartford is perfectly permitted for that journey.

Trainsplit will show options, including using the replacement bus for the usual fare, plus two options via Dartford with fares representing two tickets.

This has been a longstanding issue since the 'new' National Rail Enquiries website was rolled out, but if you did manage to raise it through the correct channels I have a feeling they'd say it's a "feature" rather than a bug.

Like you say, it's maddening that they thought it'd be helpful to stop you from viewing any journey details if fares are unavailable.

I haven't even been able to get into the National Rail App (v 10.3.6) on my iPhone these last two days. It just freezes on the initial blue screen. Is anybody else having problems? Or know a fix?
