NCE Powercab help

Does anyone have any idea how to use functions F10+ on NCE Powercab controllers? i have looked in manual but i cant find the info....
I have some sound locos that have actions set on F10 F11 ect but have no idea how to access them... Help would be most appriated

F1 - F9 are simple enough but the display pad only has numbers 0-9....
