Network Rail - Applying for the same post again

At the start of the year I applied for a vacancy, however was unsuccessful at the 'application under consideration for assessment 2' stage.

The exact same vacancy has now been re-advertised with the same reference number, however when I click on the post, there is no option of the 'apply now' button like there is with other jobs.

My question is, am I barred from reapplying for the same post or must I delete my previous attempt from my account before doing so?

Give HR a call, easiest way to find out, and if you are not satisfied with the respone call again in a few hrs or the next day (some are more helpful than others in my experience).
