Hi everyone,

I've recently just applied for a NR MOM position, I have coming up to 6 years experience within the railway, two years on p-way and coming to four years within S&T. I currently hold several IRSE licenses and safety critical tickets. I applied for the position As I fancy a career change and something different. What are the chances of getting an interview for the MOM position? Also does anyone have any pointers regarding an interview for this position please for if I get this far.

Higher than average considering your experience.

Tips - use STAR method, highlight areas of leading, incident response plus any of the key things listed on the advert.
