New flow from Seal Sands

I've just read that GBrf are strarting a new fuel flow from seal sands on behalf of Greenergy. would i be correct in thinking this is the old petroplus depot at Port Clarence? as it says it's from the storage facility on the north bank of the Tees that is unused and thats the only place i can think of it starting from. altough it negates to say how many runs there will be a week.
