Will try and keep this thread updated (with latest updates in bold),thus far I've got the following new vehicles as delivered (DD) in 2020......

195021: Northern: DD 01/20 Edge Hill
195022: Northern: DD 01/20 Edge Hill
195023: Northern: DD ??/20 Edge Hill
195024: Northern: DD 02/20 Edge Hill

331025: Northern: DD 01/20 Edge Hill
331026: Northern: DD ??/20 Edge Hill

720506: Greater Anglia: DD 02/20 Ferne Park
720509: Greater Anglia: DD 01/20 Ferne Park

745108: Greater Anglia: DD 01/20 Norwich Crown Point

777003: Merseyrail: DD 01/20 Kirkdale

802304: Hull Trains: DD 01/20 Eastleigh

One of the Class 720s is at Ilford.

I think both 720s are at Ilford, only at Ferme Park for a day or so. Additionally, 745109 was delivered to Norwich 3 days ago

According to the West Midlands bus forum the first 196 is due in a few weeks by road

745107 delivered to Norwich 16th Jan
745108 delivered to Norwich 30th Jan
745109 delivered to Norwich 13th Feb
Just 745110 to go.

Question for the Mods and everyone else really.
Is it worth having a parallel thread for "Trains Entering Service in 2020"? Maybe even "Trains Withdrawn & Scrapped in 2020"

It will provide a very useful reference point in years to come. I'm happy to set up a spreadsheet containing the information as a summary each year for members to download.

I was looking for an equivalent thread for 2019 (and 18, 17, etc come to that). Is there somewhere I can look that has delivery dates and dates into service of new rolling stock? I'd also be interested in the other end - ie dates rolling stock withdrawn from traffic, disposal dates, and scrapping dates. Many thanks
