Hi,

Does anyone know the pay cycle and dates please?

I'm going from weekly to monthly/ 4 weekly / or last working day of the month pay I presume.

I'm just trying to work out what I need to put to one side to cover my bills etc for the time being, until the railway pay comes into effect.

I'm starting a trainee driver course in July.

Cheers,

Dan

Hi Dan your pay is 4 weekly. So you get paid 13 times a year instead of 12.

Thanks for that. You wouldn't happen to know the pay dates at all do you?

Just so I can work out whether it's 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks from when I start that i'd be paid and then I can see what I can work out.

Cheers.

14th of July and 11th of august are next paydays from July onwards.

The 14th of July pay will be inclusive of anything worked up to the 8th of July.

As SLV says.. Northern usually start their courses at the start of a new period.. so if your course starts July I would guess probably the 17th. If this is the case your first pay day would be 11th August. And would be a full pay day.

3rd of July is the date I've been given over the phone.
The contract may state different once it's arrived?

In that case then you should get a weeks pay on 14th July too.
