northern rail guard interview

Hi all

just got a email to say I've got a interview on Tuesday for guard job .


was just wondering if anyone on here could help me out by suggestion / or if anyone has any knowledge of what questions they may ask .

be calm, take your time thinking about answers and think advance about what sort of things they may ask you and plan your answers!

Northern ask for answers based on situations you've been in so as I said think of the things you may be asked (when have you been in a difficult situation because of X) and plan your answer.

Dont be scared to feel like your rabbiting on a bit and do your research on Northern and the job role!
