Northern recruitment open days

Does anyone intend to go to Leeds event? (See picture attached, sorry I couldn't find a link nor get the Northern site to show me this). If you have been, did you find it useful? I am intending to go to the Anfield one on Wednesday, so having to take the day off work to do so. I already have applications with Northern, and I don't want to waste their time if these just turn out to be chats.

It's just your run of the mill job fair. The most you'll likely achieve is an informal chat with a member of recruitment. They will not be able to provide you with any update on the status of your application.

They have, between @221129 posting on the 17th (when it wasn’t clear), and today, when they announcements was made that the franchise will be scrapped and the company taken under Government ownership.

To answer your question; jobs need filling, so they will still be recruiting.
