Have to agree with the findings here; NXEA have provided some of the grottiest trains I've been on recently. Can't blame it on the bus company parentage of the franchise either - look at C2C.

Surprised by how low FGW are considering most of their fleet has undergone comprehensive 'refresh' recently - only the Turbos not being complete.

Poor result for Northern Rail - yes their stock is generally old but so is ATW's; must be the magic of Canton tape!
