NR application help (error maybe?)

hey all, I have completed my application form, however I have checked back just to see the status and under the application attachments section it states no files attached, however I did attach my CV/ application form.

Is this a error or, I cannot seem to find how to re upload it, but I am 100% sure I did do it, so it should be there..
