I'm looking for some extra information regarding a transaction to OV pay, I'm looking for a payment reference number that's supposed to begin with NLOV but I can't find it on the chase app next to my payment, I've been told that chase can find it for me

This is what I asked

You probably need to make a formal complaint to Chase about this. If no joy after that, then it needs to be escalated to the Financial Ombusman. In future, we know not to use Chase for OVPay transactions.

That's not exactly the same as the successful chat, so if the chat is AI-powered, then that may yield different results.

At this stage I'm starting to not care anymore
OV pay over charged me and that's that I guess
Will that cause any problems with using their and Connexxion's services in the future

(I know I'm going off topic)

As long as you paid there will be no issues. When you didn't pay or had the charged amount returned to your account, your card will likely get blocked for use in public transport.

Nowadays you can easily pay off your debt via the app. Then your card is unblocked after 15 minutes.

Ah what I think I did was
Tap in
Tap out
Not realising I tapped out so I tapped back in
And that was it

I know I was overcharged
As my partner who didn't tap back in got charged around half what I did

Ah, a missing check out. Yes then you are charged the base fare of € 4.
Shouldn't be a problem when you don't do it too often. With the OV chipcard the limit is forgetting to tap out 12 times.
