Network West Midlands have for some reason sent me a new season ticket today expiring 2/3/2013 despite me currently holding one that ends 8/12/2012.
I have phoned and left a message for someone to call me back, but until they do can anyone think of a reason why they might have done this?
The new ticket is £935 whereas the one I have is £885, I assume this is the January price increase.
