Hi guys,
A job with TFL has come up, a skilled track operative. I want to apply but having done in the past for these jobs I have never succeeded, I want to know if I am missing any important basics on CV etc, any pointers I should include?
Currently I work for S&T at operative grade, I have been here almost a year but I don't enjoy it, before hand I was part of a PWAY team at another location, being a grade above (Technician) however I often lead teams myself to get work done I was competent in as I was trusted. I was well fitted in my job and I climbed a long way, I hold my COSS, various plant tickets, and all my basics (first aid, lookout etc). I really enjoyed what I ONCE DID, and have always had huge interest in London Underground, but I feel putting my true self across with my interest isn't being taken seriously, I believe I have applied 2/3 times before for these positions but get a no every time.
Any help please?! Job closes in a few days and I really want to get a submission in ASAVP.
Ta
