Several times my man, it's a good camera, and seems easier to use than the E-300.

is it fast enough for streaming HST's ?lol
my current crapcam is so bad im giving it to my lil sister of 3years old!

Im looking to get good macro shots and moving shots.

It's got a lot of F settings so probably, you can have it from Milliseconds to Minutes. :o

if your thinking of geting the e500 wait till Photkina and see what the e 400 is like or the e3 if it ever comes out

You need a camera with a fast shutter speed, good ISO preformance and quick auto focus.
Stopping a fast moving is not hard with the right camera.
Never used E-500 but on paper it looks good.
Why not search Fotopic to see if others have taken the type of photo you want and maybe you can get a better idea of it's performance.
