There is a link in the email attachment to some CEB online practise tests, for verbal and numerical reasoning. I've just had a bash at them and errrrrr yeah, I need to get some practise in before progressing to the actual test!!
As Damien says, anybody got any advice for point us in the right direction for help?
I consider myself to be fairly competent with numbers but couldn't even finish the practise test in the allotted time!

Regarding the above, for anybody else (like me) looking at doing the online tests for Signaller positions, I found the following which is a discussion about the very thing. Took some comfort in that others found them difficult too!
