Oyster Journey & payment history still not working for me - anyone else?

I see that the site is back up and running since the huge amount of time since the cyber attack, but I can't see any journey history using my Apple Watch, not even for the past week.

I'm hugely out of pocket because I can't get to receipts needed to expense travel since October. This is quite frankly ridiculous.

I've messaged support. Is it just me?

I've got full visibility of Oyster and contactless journeys.

It has been suggested in the past that journeys made using Apple wallet can be problematic as the card number used by the Apple Wallet is different to the physical card it is linked to. I can't remember the exact workaround to this, perhaps another forum member will remember.

Given the cyber attack issue I'm surprised your employer hasn't allowed a bank statement to be used in lieu of a receipt.

Likewise I've full visibility of contactless journeys, and have had since it was restored in December.

In a rather old school fashion I just use the physical card directly, rather than through my (non-i) phone.

I used my Apple watch on Friday and had a full report and invoice on Saturday morning against the registered card.

This was my first use of this since before the attack on TfL.

Thanks all. I just got off the phone with TFL customer services.

Apparently they have had some issues with American Express cards on Apple Pay. They could see the journey history on their side so I removed the card and added it again and it's working.

Turn it off and turn it on again!

Glad you sorted it out.
American Express often appears to be anomalous amongst credit cards. Not as bad as Diner’s Card (is it still going? EDIT apparently it is) which I once had as a corporate credit card which hardly ever was possible to use to dine, one of its supposed primary purposes.
My associated card wasn’t AMEX.
