A few weeks ago I tried to get my Gold Card discount put on to my Oyster card at Oxford Circus and I was told it was impossible and the discount was only for paper tickets after 10 minutes he put the discount on my card (wrongly due to end in February, it should have been June) so I went to Piccadilly Circus where the mistake was rectified in two minutes.

However I have noticed that £34 was removed from my card at Oxford Circus. I know TFL do send cheques for refunds but nothing has been sent to my house.

Does anyone know how I can get this money back?

You need to ring the oyster helpline, there should be a number on the back of your oyster card
