Hi all,
Another fare query I'm afraid...
I've got an early flight from Luton Airport (yep, I know...!) in a few weeks time, so will be travelling up the night before. My itinerary is therefore:
Day 1 - Paddington (PAD) to Luton Airport Parkway (LTN) - evening peak
Day 2 - Luton Airport Parkway (LTN) to Luton Airport (LUA) - early morning
Day 6 - Luton Airport (LUA) to Paddington (PAD) - midday
I hold a full TOC Priv card (non-safeguarded).
I understand the Luton DART now comes under Priv from 03/03/24, which makes things cheaper, albeit not as straightforward (as previously it was a case of the DART is expensive, live with it!).
What would the most cost efficient way of doing the journey?
A quick look suggests that a Luton Airport (LUA) - St Pancras (STP) single is £5.80 which probably sorts Day 6 (and then just contactless across to Pad) but it's more the journey to the airport that I'm not sure on.
