EuropeanBahn is due to release their latest route 'Pageants Field' sometime between 18th and 25th November. It will be available from online/high street retailers or through them - http://www.europeanbahn.co.uk

Can't say it looks to decent. Just a fair bit of previously available ( freeware ) stock ( that looks awfully inaccurate ), and a sub-par route.

A waste of money?

The vid for pageants field looks good. Although the stock they are using for it, the sounds came from the 4 cig from the west coastway route. Also I was havaing ganders at the HST stopping and starting at welwyn north from the part 1 of the east coast express, and why the hell are they using the acela express sounds for the HST??? :?

Sorry to drift off topic there.

But I think that Pageants field route may be a route to consider getting if you are into fictional southern railway stuff!

Harold, nowhere does it state that the East Coast Express route is nearly done, which means there is still work to do such as getting sounds etc. In regards to the CIG, it probably will use the same cab and sounds as it simply looks like a new livery due to the time period of the route.

Please keep this thread on the subject of Pageants Field.

Now for real knowledge, you'll name at least 1 place where you can see a surviving example of the 4DD

I believe two vehicles have been/are being preserved. One is DMBS 13004 from set 4002 which is at the Northampton Ironstone Railway. Another driving coach is apparently based somewhere around Ashford.
