Peterborough Car Parking

Can anyone tell me whether:
Peterborough is a 'pay & display' car park
The entry/exit is via Bourges Boulevard

I've looked on the LNER page but it is referring to 2018 and out of date.

Unless it's changed then it's the same system as the Queensgate Shopping Centre in that when you enter the car park you get a ticket and you pay at the ticket machines located outside the station to get your ticket validated then you put your ticket into the barriers when you exit the car parks.

Note that the nearest car park ticket machines to that car park is by the taxi office at the front of the station near to where the disable bays are.

Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras at both entry & exits in Bourges Boulevard and Station Road. Pay before you depart by keying in your numberplate at the machine and pay for the time used. You than have 15 minuites to return to your car and depart.

That’s new then as it was always pay on departure before you got to your car of course and had been for many years!

Not parked there for a while but the car park on a weekday is very very busy so good luck finding a space as it’s popular with commuters.

There is an additional car park to the North off mayors walk which I have never seen full but the main one is generally quite full just a slightly longer walk
