Realtimetrains is today showing the 1742 York-Harrogate-Leeds as being cancelled due to a planning error. Can someone explain what this is exactly?

Commonly known as a c*ck-up. No train, no crew or some other mix-up.

Cancelled TA which in the official industry terminology is "DIAG ISSUE TOC - Traincrew/loco/stock/unit diagram issues". The train, 2C59, was actually cancelled due to a diagramming error earlier in the day (units not showing to be split on driver's diagram when booked to do so). Cancellation reasons as described on RTT bear only the vaguest resemblance to the offical rail industry reasons.
