Please help northern rail wigan

From the new timetable change it seems the train that goes from Manchester Vic to Blackpool North will now come from Wigan before forming said service. Does anyone know what xx departure from Wigan?

No. On the approach from Ordsall juncton many of the overhead line supports are in place but there are no wires yet. The through platforms are due to be electrified by the end of the year. The east-facing bays may have to wait up to another 2 years.
