Plusbus ticket not received in email confirmation

Hello all, I’ve purchased an AP ticket for travel tomorrow from Ilkley to Scarborough with plusbus at Scarborough through the LNER website (so I could get cashback), but I have only received the train ticket and not anything for the plusbus journey?

Is this a known problem and how should I proceed in getting the plusbus ticket?

(Attached below is a screenshot showing the price breakdown of my journey).

Can you upload a redacted copy of the ticket(s) you received?

It should be possible to receive your Scarborough PlusBus ticket as an eTicket so if this is the fulfilment method you chose, it should be included as one of the PDFs.

I've only received this one page PDF ticket.

You’re going to need to contact LNER: https://support.lner.co.uk/s/get-in-touch, or 0345 722 5333 opt4 (08:00 to 22:00).

Quick update:
I've followed the advice of ringing LNER and they have said that this is an ongoing issue with LNER's booking engine where plusbus tickets not being received in the booking confirmation.

In turn they have offered to reimburse me for the cost of buying a ticket on the bus.

I'm very grateful for the advice given to me on this thread and I hope that this can help other people that may have had the same issue.
