Poor replies from customer services

When I worked at MoD in Bristol it was announced that a particular train from Filton Abbey Wood to Bristol Temple Meads would be discontinued.
Lots of staff complained - this produced a response that "as compensation" an additional service to Cardiff Central would now call at Filton Abbey Wood !!
