How often is it filled in and how much is needed so I can do a lookout 1 day course ?

Surely someone has filled in a PTS log book ????????????

We have to get 4 entries per year before recert. i.e. 8 in total but that is just for a run of the mill PTS, no look out, no COSS etc.

I'm looking for a logbook, one wasn't provided at the end of my course. Where did you get yours?

I got it from the PTS training company, but they forgot when they gave me my card so i had to go back and get it.
