Rail Magazine app

For many years now, I've been reading Rail magazine on my iPad. issue 941 isn't appearing. The app says 'Could not connect to kiosk. Check your internet connection and try again.' Anyone else having the same problem?

Unistalled the app, tried to re-install it. "This app cannot run on this iPad". This means I've lost all the back issues (not that I read them anyway). Cancelling the subscription (via iTunes running on Windows) caused iTunes to crash. The Apple support on-line chat operator suggested installing the latest version of iTunes - which it was. She cancelled the subscription - for the WRONG magazine. (Yes, "Rail" and "Modern Railways" are quite similar, aren't they?)
