It reminds me of the Eurostar domestic sales phone line and the elusive LNDON ESTAR CIV tickets which, it seems, were run by a chap in Ashford station and were nixed when he got pensioned off.
Yet the tickets in question are still in the fares database, just presumably not available for sale.

I understand Eurostar ultimately aims to retail them again as part of through bookings made on their website with fulfilment via ToD, but when they upgraded their website in the back end of 2019 it "broke" the connection with National Rail and they've not gotten round to fixing it.

Meanwhile, I believe Worldline/TOMTIS will issue tickets to LOE, though there exist strict instructions not to do so.

And, in one sentence, you have nicely summed up Eurostar's attitude to passengers not originating their journeys in London!. The same is true if you want to travel to countries beyond France and Belgium.

Not quite true they've implemented a work around for through journeys to Germany on the website (not app), and of course they run direct trains to the Netherlands!
