Railcard renewal issues

Anyone come across this or similar before? I have a (physical) network railcard bought online. My renewal email has just come through asking me to renew my senior railcard! I don't have one and am not eligible. I will need to make sure the correct type of railcard is posted out.

Not heard of that one before. At least you've had a reminder, of sorts!

We have had a number of folk come on here saying that photos are required to be uploaded before a Senior railcard can be renewed online, but I think that's about it.
