Railcard site broken - how to safely use digital railcard?

Hi all

The ATOS railcard site is broken and I'm left unable to assign my digital railcard to my new phone

I've got a screenshot of the account overview but I'm not able to remove or add new devices (errors get thrown)

I'm going to presume that I'm not safe to use the screenshot of the ATOS site indicating my railcard number, DOB and name when travelling with tickets?

Definitely not worth the risk.


If you can get verifiable written permission from someone official before travel, it might be passable.
Anything short of that, I wouldn't risk it.

Edit: do you have twitter, they seem to be answering questions about technical failures there.
But the answers are direct messages, so who knows what they might be.
