Doesn't seem limited to RailMiles, Realtime Trains is having issues as well.

And he isn't answering his tweets either. He hasn't been on for 2 days either. Perhaps he has taken the money and run.[emoji1]

Or he's busy.

Seriously, the amount of work that will have been put into the backend of both RTT and RailMiles will be unreal, and there are no doubt going to be bugs encountered.

I'm having problems with Railmiles and Real Time Trains this evening. Both coming up with server error. Anyone else having these problems?

Tom's said on twitter that there's been a hardware failure on the server so it could be down for the rest of the evening.

In future if there are problems with RTT its likely there will be issues with RM so keep an eye out on social media feeds for RTT issues. (A status page will be going up in due course with the aftermath of the last few weeks.)

Hi,

I am having trouble with Railmiles trying to log journeys made on September 15. I keep on getting red message "None Found". Any ideas what may be wrong ?

Thomas

ive been having issues with RTT using shortcodes for station (ie GLC for Glasgow Central)

also saw a tweet to scotrail a few days ago from someone who was getting an error message on the sr app relating to something along the lines "unable to update stale station autofill data"

may have something to do with that (just a guess but)

The website is on a temporary server. If you enter journeys on the day you make them, it will be fine, or you will have to enter the details yourself.

Either the website will be moved back to its' original server, meaning it should start working again, and if this doesn't happen Tom has assured me there may be an alternative solution and hopefully it will be working soon.

I hope it is fixed soon too, as I have a week's worth of entries and finding and typing them all in manually is long and boring

Oh that's why I spend ages doing manual route searches last weekend to get my logs updated. Takes a while to do that, and that's without playing about adding headcodes etc!

I *still* get 502 Bad Gateway when trying to load the Class 43 page on Traction List, which is infuriating. Is there a way to search by TOPS number? I might have missed it.

With the huge jump in the annual fee (I'm sure last year I only paid £12!) if these errors keep happening I'll give up on RM.
