Rainham Kent to Dartford Off Peak

Just bought an off peak day return with my YP railcard from Rainham Kent to Dartford tomorrow (Thursday 21st July). When i booked my ticket on Red Spotted Hanky it says the earliest i can leave is 09:15, but i thought the earliest you can use an off-peak ticket with YP railcard was after 10am.

What is correct?

The minimum fare restriction for railcards does not apply during July or August.

And even when the restriction is in effect there is nothing stopping you from using your railcard for an off-peak ticket before 10am as long as the ticket's price (including discount) is more than £12 as it is a minimum fare.
