Only scenario I can think of is a release of a substance (such as gas) in the station - causing unconsciousness and a stampede of those attempting to exit a station - such as the Tokyo Sarin Attacks

In which case, you have to query why such detailed enquiries about the potential security response to such an attack are being made…
